Dr. Disha Spath is a board certified Internal Medicine Physician for Dartmouth Hitchcock Putnam Physicians and Saint Peters Hospital in Upstate, New York. She is the founder and CEO of The Frugal Physician, a site focused on providing money saving tips and discounts for healthcare professionals, as well as education on personal financial principles. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia Honors program, Medical College of Georgia, and The University of Tennessee-Nashville Internal Medicine residency program. She is a contributor to NBC Universal, and has been featured on CNBC and Forbes. She is passionate about teaching basic finance principles to physicians so that they can find the freedom to create their ideal lives.
