Dr. Janelle Bolden

Dr. Janelle R Bolden is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Ohio State University Medical Center/Mount Carmel Health System in 2008. She then completed her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Bolden is the currently the Chief of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine.

Dr. Bolden is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Medical Education. Her clinical interests include obstretrics and infectious disease. preterm birth, disparities in maternal/child health, health literacy, maternal high risk conditions as well as multiple gestation. Dr. Bolden cares for patients with a wide range of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy. She strives to provide patients and their families with excellent prenatal care via communication, compassion and collaboration.
